WHAT IS WOMEN ROCKING BUSINESS?
Women Rocking Business (WRB) is, at it’s heart, a set of fundamental values and attitudes that define what we feel it means to be a woman in business in the UK today. Women Rocking Business is our community.
Founded by Jenny Ryan in 2017, initially as a branding photography service, the Women Rocking Business community grew and grew primarily as a result of fresh and inspiring values. Values that promoted support, encouragement, empathy and encouragement. Values which feel like a breath of fresh air in this day and age. Values that were in direct retaliation to the idea that we need to be in constant competition with other women in business in our area. Conversely, the Women Rocking Business community have found that collaboration and support have resulted in far more success and happiness that competition ever could have.

It means talking about real issues that can affect self employed women such as loneliness, stress, anxiety, burnout, and worry. It means celebrating in our wins and successes. It means belonging to an inclusive and non-judgmental community where we always feel welcomed and supported.
